You may return any unused or unsatisfactory product for a refund or credit. If you wish to make a return, please call Bradley Pharmaceuticals at (800) 929-9300, ext. 524 for return instructions.

Credit for shipping charges or return shipping charges cannot be issued unless we sent you an item in error or you received a quantity higher than you ordered. If you provide us with an address that is incorrect or incomplete the carrier will return the carton to us and we will refund your purchase price, less a 40% restocking fee but not your shipping charges. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.

UPS or the Postal Service authorization to pick up your product can not be initiated by us.

TVEars comes with a 1 year warranty and a Lifetime Service Guarantee. If a product is defective or breaks it will be repaired or replaced at no charge during the first year. The Lifetime Service Guarantee promises that we will repair your TVEars for $35, exchange your headset for a new headset for $59, or exchange your complete system for a new system for $99 for as long as you own your TVEars.
