Dr. Francisca Yao completed her residency training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She is board certified in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Yao brings further expertise in ear and balance disorders along with a comprehensive background in all aspects of ear, nose, and throat diseases as well as head & neck surgery.
