Dr. Vassallo is really amazing, he's seriously like the Bill Nye of allergists (very knowledgeable and able to explain everything in a complete and easy to understand way). He's very pleasant to speak to, doesn't rush you or push any medications on you, answers all of your questions, and is just an overall warm doctor, there really should be more doctors like him. The ENT office I visited with him was in a large building where you have to sign in at the lobby before taking the elevator up. The office has the largest waiting room I've ever seen though it's nothing impressive other than the size, they do have a TV going which helps to pass any time you would be waiting (my wait wasn't long at all though). Registering here is entirely electronic with these special tablets so it's nice to see they're up on technology. If you've never gone for allergy testing there are a ton of needles involved (like 50+) but they're tiny and done very quickly and the vast majority of them just poke the surface of your skin so they can see the reaction. The office seemed brand new so everything was very clean and new. Dr. Vassallo genuinely seemed invested in discussing the results with me and listened to any and all concerns I had. I would definitely suggest making an appointment with him for any allergy (and whatever else he specializes in) need you may have.

I really appreciate how Dr. Milo Vassallo took the time to explain to me what my allergies really mean and different routes that we can treat them. I came in recently for a check up on one item, and through his expertise, we were able to catch another allergy that I had no idea was affecting me. I never felt rushed, which was nice because I had a lot of questions. In addition, his aid was a lovely lady who made me feel really comfortable and respected. I also like how Dr. Vassallo was not quick to write off a prescription, but explained some other practical ways to make me feel better, aside from pills and medicines. I feel like I have really found a quality specialist and will be returning in the future if I ever have any other questions.
