Dr. Ryan Steele earned his Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, then completed his MS degree in Immunology from Long Island University, and conducted his thesis research at SUNY Downstate. He received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Steele went on to complete his Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at Winthrop-University Hospital in New York. Prior to going into private practice, Dr. Steele conducted post-graduate research on therapeutic drug development in auto-immune and inflammatory diseases at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research. Dr. Steele treats adult and pediatric patients suffering from a full range of allergic and immunologic diseases, and has special expertise in angioedema, urticaria, drug allergy, and immunodeficiency. Dr. Steele is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI).
