Dr. Scott Markowitz graduated from the New York University School of Medicine in 1991. He completed both his Internship in General Surgery and subsequently his Residency training in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Markowitz is a diplomat of The American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the Medical Society of the State of New York and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Markowitz is affiliated with Mount Sinai Medical Center and holds the academic title of Assistant Clinical Professor within the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Markowitz has also served on the staff of the Elmhurst Hospital Center and played an active role in residency training at this Mount Sinai affiliate.
