I cannot rave enough about Dr. Portnoy. At 46 years old, I needed vocal cord surgery, and was unsure and frightened when I visited his office for the first time. Those feelings ended the moment Dr. Portnoy walked into the room. He was amazing every step of the way and took as much time as needed to explain everything in a professional yet understandable manner. He was warm and empathetic, and held incredibly high standards for himself and his staff during the procedure and few months of after-care. I am now speaking and singing better than I ever have! Dr. Portnoy is the best!

She's awesome. I went to her for a hearing issue, had surgery, and follow up regularly with her. She is very kind, genuine, and shows concern for her patients. I definitely recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Blank has treated both my children and my Mom for various throat ailments over the years and has always been extraordinarily kind, caring and professional. He is a superb doctor and diagnostician who also has a special gift for treating and interacting with children. Beyond just handling routine ENT matters, he treated my daughter's broken nose on an emergency basis, spending substantial time with us both over the phone and in his office and helping us find a surgeon in Manhattan affiliated with his ENT & Allergy Associates Group. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Both myself and my son have seen Dr Blank. I had previously seen several ENT's regarding problems I was having with my ear and got no answers. Dr Blank completed his exam and correctly diagnosed and treated the rare disorder that I have. All an all he's a great doctor. Wait time can be a bit long but he knows what he's doing.

Dr. Aronzon is a great doctor. I saw her before my insurance changed. She was very kind, approachable, and thorough! I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Palgon has been great! He doesn't immediately throw you on antibiotics like a lot of doctors do. He also always tells you what he will be doing before he does it (like sticking a tube down your nose). I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a kind and thorough ear, nose, and throat doctor.

He preformed surgery on my son's deviated septum. It was a very bad deviation he has had since birth, and he did an excellent job, was very professional, took the time we needed to explain everything that was going on. Because of the severity of the deviation the surgery was over four hours and the staff made sure to keep me informed throughout. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Godin is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. I refer everyone I know to him. I first came to him when I was having serious symptoms of labyrinthitis which he diagnosed. I was completely miserable during this time and Dr. Godin was sympathetic, detail oriented, extremely bright, took the time with me I needed and had an amazing sense of humor to keep me smiling. His staff was efficient, polite, sweet and always helpful. I don't think I ever waited more than 10 minutes to see him. Shortly after the labyrinthitis resolved itself, I saw him again because my septum was deviated in two places and I had failed turbinates. I didn't remember the last time I could breathe. His surgery coordinator was fantastic and on top of it. The surgery went fantastically. Actually walked to his office the next day (about a mile) and it was the only day I wasn't feeling great. Rest of the recovery felt like a bad cold. Dr. Godin had an incredible bedside manner and personally called me to check up on me for the first several days to make sure I was okay. Since the surgery, I am so pleased with the results. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. I can smell EVERYTHING now and could not be more pleased with him or the surgery.

Dr. Godin is the man. He has on me on the path to healing a chronically hoarse throat. He is the first doctor to take the time to listen and examine me thoroughly. So many ENTS dismissed my complaints because I'm only 23. He diagnosed my acid reflux disease and has me on course of treatment that has already allowed me to improve tremendously. He listens and cares. I am sending my dad to him to get his throat checked out. Great office location, super easy to get an appointment and kind and caring staff. Thank you Dr. Godin!

I made my appointment with Dr. Godin online with Zoc Doc because of the positive reviews there. i think the experience overall was great. i had been sick for 6 days with what i thought was a cold but it turns out it was a sinus infection which i am not sure i could have found out without seeing an ent doctor. The antibiotics are starting to kick in and I am feeling better already. The wait was average and I was in and out in not to long (admittedly though I filled my paperwork online on the website the day before). This is the second time I came to this group of doctors I had also seen the allergist, so I had less info to fill out paper wise and insurance Info. The nasal scope was not too bad which he explained to me before he did it which he said he could see my sinuses inflamed. The numbing agent made it tolerable. The 2 rx meds were waiting for me at Duane Reade 60th and lex as promised. Dr. Godin is a very good MD with good credentials...I had also crossed referenced him and found him in NY Mag Best Doctors before going and he should be there.

Dr. Sreepada is an excellent doctor! My children and I had three visits with him, all of which went very well. He discovered that my hearing loss was due to Lyme disease and treated it successfully. My son had serious stab wounds that severed nerves to the vocal cord, and it was Dr. Sreepada who diagnosed and arranged emergency treatment at Mount Sinai hospital in NYC, which essentially saved his voice and quality of life. My daughters visit went smoothly and the office staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Block was very professional and extremely knowledgable. He made it easy to talk with him; for a first time patient that was very comforting. My appointment was this morning and I have already recommended him to anyone looking for an ENT.

She is an excellent doctor. Always explains in detail and very nice staff.

I would like to thank Dr. Leventhal for the outstanding surgery he performed on my severely deviated septum. Dr. Leventhal was a true professional-Start to finish. From consultation to his magical surgery (what a craftsman) straight through to the Post-Op exams. What a joy it is to finally be breathing normally. Thanks a million! I highly recommend this fine doctor.

I've been to him twice. I thought I was losing my hearing, but after a thorough exam, he cleaned my ears and said I was fine...which I was. No problems since. I think he's very into his work.

This doctor (and staff) are awesome, it's a friendly, professional atmosphere. The dr. is attentive and talks to your kids on their level. I can't say enough about the help we received and all the office staff!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr.Rodriguez and his staff. I had a septoplasty a month ago perfomed by Dr. Rodriguez. Authorization from my insurance was received within a week, thanks to his staff efforts, and scheduled only one week after authorization in Mount Sinai hosp. Everything went very well, Dr. Was extremely reassuring, I felt comfortable and calm- I new, I was in good hands. Follow ups revealed a good recovery. I couldn't appreciate more Dr. Rodriguez's professionalism and personal approach, not to mention that his stuff is amazing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rodriguez to anybody who needs ENT doctor's help.

I have had visits with Dr. Blank on two different occasions. The office space is child-friendly as there are toys and trinkets for the little ones to play with and a TV for them too! The office staff was professional and courteous and so was Dr. Blank. I must admit that on my first visit, we waited a long time. It was during the post-work evening rush. However, for the second visit, I was in by 8:30am and out by around 9:30am. Dr. Blank had examined both me and my 2-year old son. My two year old had a hearing test done during this visit as well. I think the wait time depends on the time of day you book. But one thing is for sure....no matter what time of day I visited, I was greeted by a professional office staff and doctor and a child-friendly and clean environment. Dr. Blanks practice is A-ok with me. I recommend.:-)

I came in because I lost my voice. And in the process he found my thyroid cancer. He scheduled a surgery for me for my cancer, which he alone found. I should mention that other doctors did not find my cancer after all these years. He did all this very quickly. He is also very detailed in how he conducts his work. His staff always called me after the results of a test came in. He recommended other doctors to me when I needed it as well. I've never had surgery before so this is a new process for me. But he made everything easy. I didn't have to worry, just show up and get my medications. He was also pretty friendly to me considering I'm not exactly a ray of sunshine. Also, his staff is courteous which is something I value from a doctor's office. Many doctors have talent but not all doctors have courteous staff.

Great Doctor! Always cheerful and very friendly! I felt very comfortable with him and felt like I was being taken care of.
