Shipping Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ENT and Allergy shopping experience. Whether you place your order online at EntAndAllergy.com or with one of our product specialists, our goal is to ensure quick delivery. Our products ship from Danbury, CT via UPS Ground. Orders placed from within the New York tri-state area before  2 PM EST will typically arrive NEXT DAY and orders shipped elsewhere usually arrive in 3-5 days. We also offer Free Shipping on product orders over $150, so be sure to do all your shopping at once!

Shipping rates are determined based on the product subtotal of your order.   Our Shipping & Handling fees cover the costs to ship your order, including handling expenses such as packing materials, labor and other associated expenses.

Return Policy

If you purchase from our online store and choose to return any of your items, you may do so within our 60-day return period. However, original shipping and handling charges or costs to return items cannot be refunded.  In the event an order is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and subsequent reshipping fees. Our physician offices cannot address product questions or returns.  

Limited Warranty

The manufacturer of our encasings, Allergy Control Products, Inc., warrants Allergy Control® brand encasings to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and with proper care for the original purchaser for a lifetime period for Pristine ® Complete and Cotton Performance encasings, for a period of ten (10) years for Cotton Pure encasings, and for a period of five (5) years for MicroProtection encasings.
