OVERVIEW
Our sleep-trained physicians will provide suggested recommendations. Our staff transcribes these recommendations and patient information on to COC forms.

AFTER SLEEP STUDY
Our staff will recommend either CPAP Titration or MSLT.
Form will also include the Apnea/Hypopnea Index (AHI) from the Sleep Study.

AFTER CPAP TITRATION STUDY
Our staff will recommend CPAP pressure.
Form will also include the AHI on recommended CPAP pressure, the mask-type used during the CPAP Study, and whether humidifier should be prescribed.

SIMPLE AND EXPEDITED SERVICE
COC Forms can be used as prescriptions for further treatment/therapy.
