Dr. Gerald Fenster is a board-certified Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat). He received his medical degree at New York Medical College. He then completed his surgical internship and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. Subsequently, he completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital.
Dr. Fenster completed three years of military service as a physician. He was Chief of the section of Otolaryngology at Langley Air Force Base Hospital, Hampton, Virginia. He received a meritorious service medal and honorable discharge as a major from the United States Air Force.
Dr. Fenster is currently practicing at our Somerville, NJ office. His scope of practice includes endoscopic sinus surgery, snoring and obstructive sleep disorders, pediatric otolaryngology, and head and neck surgery. His special area of interest is in sinus surgery and the treatment of patients with sleep disorders. He is affiliated with Somerset Medical Center, Somerville, NJ.
