Marc J. Levine, M.D., F.A.C.S.Dr. Marc Levine received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania with honors, and received his Medical Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He then went on to complete his Internship in general surgery at the Montefiore Medical Center and his residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.

Dr. Levine has served as Chief of the Otolaryngology Section of the Department of Surgery at Nyack Hospital. He sat on the Medical-Executive Board for over 12 years, serving twice as Secretary-Treasurer of the Medical Staff. Dr. Levine was President of the Medical Staff from 2000-2002. He has repeatedly been named among America’s Top Surgeons. He has authored articles in medical literature. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the New York Head and Neck Society and has been nominated as a fellow to the prestigious American Society for Head and Neck Surgery. Additionally, he has served as co-director of the NYHNS symposium of Thyroid and parathyroid surgery. Dr. Levine sits on the Executive Board of the NYHNS and in 2005 was co-director of the Society’s Symposium on Thyroid and Parathyroid Disease co-sponsored with the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology. Dr Levine was selected to sit on the Endocrine Surgery Committee of the Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is certified in Ultrasonography of the Head and Neck, specializing in thyroid. He was President of the Rockland County Medical Society from 2004-2005 and currently sits on its Executive Board. In 2006, Nyack Hospital honored Dr. Levine as its Physician of the Year.

Dr. Levine is now seeing patients at our West Nyack location, and is currently affiliated with Nyack Hospital , Good Samaritan Hospital, Helen Hayes Hospital and the Ramapo Valley Surgical Center.
