Nicole Monti-Spadaccini, Chief Operating Officer
Nicole G. Monti-Spadaccini, Chief Operating Officer, joined ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in June of 1994. Ms. Monti has over ten years experience holding various positions including patient scheduling, medical record administration, referral protocol, billing, collections, and credentialing. She specializes in maintaining the day-to-day office operations, staff scheduling systems, office space renovations, equipment acquisition, policy and procedure development, and automated charge entry systems. Ms. Monti has set up and directed the operation of all 35 plus ENT locations. , She graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
Ms. Monti, with the assistance of a Regional Operations Manager, currently manages 37 office locations, including clerical and medical assistant staff. In addition to her operational role, she supervises the coding and charge entry staff, transitions existing practices into the ENT and Allergy Associates operations model.
