Phyllis Schaffer-Cohen, Au.D., Director of Audiology
Phyllis Schaffer-Cohen, Director of Audiology, joined ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in January, 2000. Serving as a licensed audiologist since 1986, Dr. Cohen has over twenty five years of clinical and management experience. Upon joining ENT and Allergy Associates, Dr. Cohen assumed responsibility for the New Jersey locations, and later earned the title of Director of Audiology in 2002.
Dr. Cohen received her Master's of Science in Audiology from Brooklyn College and a Doctor of Audiology through Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology.
Dr. Cohen oversees 60 licensed audiologists in our 37 locations throughout the Tri-State area. She reviews staffing and resource allocation including equipment, is responsible for all hearing aid dispensing services and acts as the liaison with various hearing aid manufacturers. ,Her clinical work includes serving pediatric through geriatric populations. ,
