Phyllis Schaffer-Cohen, Director of Audiology, joined ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in January, 2000. Serving as a licensed audiologist since 1986, Dr. Cohen has over six years of management experience. Her clinical work includes serving pediatric through geriatric populations. Upon joining ENT and Allergy Associates, Dr. Cohen assumed responsibility for the New Jersey locations, and later earned the title of Director of Audiology on April 1, 2002.
Dr. Cohen received her Master’s of Science in Audiology from Brooklyn College, and more recently, a Doctor of Audiology through Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology.
Dr. Cohen oversees 29 licensed audiologists in our 24 locations throughout the Tri-State area. She reviews staffing and resource allocation including equipment, is responsible for all hearing aid dispensing services and acts as the liaison with various hearing aid manufacturers.
