Arthur Schwacke, Chief Financial Officer, joined ENT and Allergy Associates in October 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Schwacke was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Healix Healthcare, Inc. a privately held home healthcare company from December 1995 through September 1998. Mr. Schwacke obtained over $4.0 million in financing for this start up company and engineered the merger of the Company into Accuhealth, Inc., a publicly traded home health concern in April 1998.
Mr. Schwacke began his healthcare career in 1989 with Continental Health Affiliates, Inc., a publicly traded home healthcare and nursing home management company where he served as Controller until December 1995. Mr. Schwacke began his career in 1978 with the accounting firm of Wiss and Company, and held senior level accounting positions in the broadcasting and cable television, construction and consumer products industries. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and a Certified Public Accountant.
In addition to being responsible for the financial operations of the Company, Mr. Schwacke also oversees the MIS and Payments Processing Departments.
