Linda Spero, Director, Human Resources, joined ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in December of 1997. She has 21 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a variety of corporate and healthcare organizations. Prior to joining ENT, Ms. Spero worked as a department manager for the Hebrew Home for the Aged at Riverdale as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and as a senior manager at Colonia, Inc. where she served as the Director of Human Resources & Administration.
She has extensive experience in labor relations, bringing strong negotiation skills to the organization. She has managed employee and financial benefit plans, provided management training programs, overseen the development of compensation plans, and maintained payroll. She has received a Certificate from Cornell University in Labor Relations Studies.
Ms. Spero oversees all human resource functions, payroll and employee benefits for ENT and Allergy Associates. She also is responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff.
