Angie Pierre, Au.D achieved her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders and psychology from the CUNY Baccalaureate program in 2008. She earned her doctorate in Audiology from Long Island AuD consortium of Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John’s University in May 2012. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Dr. Pierre was trained as a doctoral intern in numerous settings to include Adelphi University, Edward R. Murrow high school, Jamaica hospital, Brooklyn Veterans Affair hospital, and Total hearing care. During her 4th year externship at Long Island Jewish hospital, Dr. Pierre gained experience serving a diverse patient demographic while performing audiometric, Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR), and vestibular evaluations. She also gained experience with hearing aids and cochlear implants.
