Caroline R. Schueren earned her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in music from Smith College. After a career as a classical musician, Dr. Schueren returned to school and received her Master of Arts degree in Audiology with distinction from Hofstra University in 2002 gaining clinical experience at the Northport VA Medical Center, Stony Brook University Medical Center’s Speech- Language and Hearing Department, Mt. Sinai Medical Center in NYC, and at Long Island Audiology after graduation. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2009 from Salus University, George S. Osborne College of Audiology.
Dr. Schueren is licensed in Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing in the state of New York and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology as well as a member of the Long Island Speech and Hearing Association.
Since 2004, Dr. Schueren has been an audiologist with Otolaryngology Associates of Long Island, prior to its merge with ENT and Allergy Associates in June 2013. Dr. Schueren has experience in audiological evaluations for all age groups and has a special interest in vestibular and otoneurologic testing and in helping patients with their hearing needs.
