About Danielle Peyman, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA

Danielle Peyman is a licensed audiologist in New York State. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences at Plattsburgh State University. She then relocated to Massachusetts where she earned her Master of Arts degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Upon returning to the New York area she completed her studies earning her Doctorate of Audiology through Salus University in 2006. Professional affiliations include the American Academy Audiology as well as the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Dr. Peyman's clinical rotations have served as an excellent tool to make her a well-balanced audiologist diversified in many different age ranges and areas of Audiology. These include a clinical rotation at CREC-Soundbridge, The Capitol Region Education Council, which facilitated experience in educational audiology for pediatrics. In addition, she gained clinical expertise at two hospital settings, including Holyoke and Hartford Hospitals both with fitting of hearing aids and OSHA audiological monitoring.

Dr. Peyman has interests in a variety of areas within audiology including clinical assessment of adults and children with special needs and vestibular assessment.  She served as the Director of Audiology at Otolaryngology Associates of Long Island for 7 years prior to merging with ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and has worked in the Port Jefferson office since her Clinical Fellowship Year in 2002. Her diverse experience makes her approachable to patients and excited to be an Audiologist.
