Rachel Miller, Au.D., CCC-A, received her Doctorate in Audiology from the Long Island Audiology Consortium, which includes, Hofstra, Adelphi and St. John’s Universities in May 2020. She earned her Bachelor's Degree - Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2016 in Psychology with a Minor in Communication Sciences & Disorders.
Dr. Miller was a Doctoral Intern at the Hearing Clinics at Hofstra, Adelphi and St. John's Universities. She continued her clinical rotations at NY Hearing Associates, NYU Langone Hospital- Brooklyn and Island Hearing and Balance. In January 2019 she participated in a mission trip to provide hearing healthcare to the people of Peru. Dr. Miller completed her education with her fourth year Residency at the Northwell Health-Long Island Jewish Hearing and Speech Center.
Dr. Miller has experience and skills to treat a variety of hearing disorders across a diverse population from Newborn to Geriatric patients. She is experienced in a full range of audiological testing and is adept in working with various types of hearing aids.
Dr. Miller is a New York State licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. She is currently an active member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.
