Rohima Badri earned her Ph.D. in Audiology and Hearing Sciences at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois in 2005. Her areas of expertise include Psychoacoustics, Otoacoustic emission and Speech processing in noise. Dr. Badri is a New Jersey state licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser.
Prior to joining ENT and Allergy Associates, Dr. Badri was a research audiologist in New York University responsible for all audiological assessments and hearing aid fitting for research focused on hearing aid performance in real world environments. At the same time, she also was a visiting research scientist at City University of New York where she evaluated potential use of otoacoustic emissions in improved diagnosis and management of tinnitus. She is also a published author in Journal of Acoustical Society of America. Dr. Badri brings years of combined clinical and research experience in providing a full range of services from audiological evaluations to hearing aid fitting and counseling.
