ENT and Allergy Associates® Adds Even More Allergy Expertise to its Roster Welcomes Anastasiya Kleva, MD to its Bronx and Tuckahoe Locations
02/03/2015 in press release
Tarrytown, NY— (February 3rd, 2015) ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA) offers the hundreds of thousands of patients who annually seek its services the expertise of superbly trained and board-certified physicians. Currently, over 160 ENTA doctors are successfully meeting the ear, nose, throat, audiology, and allergy needs of its patients at 40 state-of-the-art clinical sites located in neighborhoods throughout New York and New Jersey.
But individual physician expertise is not the only thing that sets ENTA apart.
Long ago, the nation’s preeminent ENT practice recognized the logical proximity of ENTs and Allergists. As a result, the Practice coordinated and combined the services of its otolaryngology specialists and sub-specialists (including laryngologists, otologists, rhinologists, facial plastics surgeons, and sleep experts) with allergists, which has resulted in a seamless clinical offering for its well-deserving patients.
Indeed, each ENTA office has at least one board-certified allergist serving alongside its ENT physicians, providing everything from allergy testing and treatment to asthma and immunology care.
Today, ENTA proudly announces that effective August 1st, 2015, Dr. Anastasiya Kleva will join ENTA’s Bronx office (at 1200 Waters Place, Bronx, NY) and Tuckahoe office (at 1 Elm St, Tuckahoe, NY) as their resident allergist.
In Tuckahoe, Dr. Kleva will join otolaryngologists Jeffrey Cousin, MD; Mark Fox, MD, FACS; and Joshua Weissman, MD. In the Bronx, she will work side-by-side with otolaryngologists Leon Chen, MD; Joseph Feghali, MD; Harrison J. Glassman, MD, FACS; Steven I. Goldstein, MD, FACS; Jonathan C. Smith, MD, FACS; Stanley Yankelowitz, MD, FRCS; and fellow Allergist/Immunologist Maria T. Quilop, MD, FACAAI.
Anastasiya Kleva, MD received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Psychology from Hunter College of CUNY, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her Medical Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her Residency in Internal Medicine at NSLIJHS/Hofstra School of Medicine and her fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at the Hofstra/North Shore-LIJ Health System. Dr. Kleva speaks fluent Russian.
Dr. Kleva has presented at several national meetings on the topic of Allergy and Immunology. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
Dr. Mark Fox, otolaryngologist at ENTA’s Tuckahoe office observed, “I am well aware that the fine communities of our county are ever-growing and deserve the best medical care possible. So, while I and my fellow otolaryngologists care for patients with ear, nose, and throat needs, I am delighted that we will also be offering the outstanding services of a physician like Dr. Kleva, who will care for their allergy, asthma, and immunology needs.”
Dr. Stanley Yankelowitz, otolaryngologist from ENTA’s Bronx office added, “Allergy care is a significant component of what makes ENT and Allergy Associates such a trusted medical resource. Our patients benefit from getting their ear, nose, throat, audiology and allergy care all from one single, convenient location. I am confident that Dr. Kleva’s training, skills, and dedication will prove to be a huge asset to our practice, and our patients.”
