I've been seeing Dr. Keenan for years and she's professional and very compassionate. Always tests my hearing, and refers me out if necessary.
Very nice, clean, safe office. Fast since I did all my paperwork online. Keenan was very nice and explained everything to me so I completely understood what was going on. Had to come in for an appt few days later and had a very similar, great experience.
Wait time a little bad, but she opens at 7 am. So, win some you lose some. But, she's great. Knowledgable and helpful.
Dr. Keenan always listens to my concerns, takes time, and resolves my problems well. I appreciate her care and professionalism.
If not for the wait time this would be a 5 star review. She was efficient but thorough and heard all my concerns. If the wait time was quicker it would've been my easiest trip to a doctor ever.
Dr. Keenan was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me feel like a priority and treated me with sincerity. I look forward to visiting her office again.
Wait time was due to her getting called to the ER just before my appointment. Otherwise, I liked this doctor a lot; she was thorough and professional.
When I went to her office 15 minutes before my appointment, no one was in the counter and sign said, "lunch break. We will be be back at 1:00pm." They came back after one o'clock. I had to fill out long survey about me, I went there for my ear problem, but I had to give them my allergy information. Finally, medical assistant came to pick me up, and I had to follow him for a long passage. On the way to her office I saw a piece of pizza looked like 3-day old. I was hungry for waiting a little bit more than one hour. I asked the m. assistant if I could had the piece. He said OK and gave me a napkin. While I was waiting my doctor at her office on top of one hour waiting at her reception area, I finished the pizza looked like 3 day old. While I was eating it, the doctor came into the office to pick up something for another patient for several times. I enjoyed to take a look interesting objects she had after I finished the pizza. Then, my doctor finally came for me. I will go to another test next week with someone else. The doctor seemed to be OK. If you like to spend much time at a doctor's office and can eat a slice of pizza looks like 3 day old, this is a great place!
The day I went the office was pretty busy but everyone was taken care of in an orderly and friendly matter. Dr. Keenan was great at listening to questions and providing easy to understand answers regarding my concerns.
Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable
Dr. Keenan was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. So was Abby, the audiologist.
I was diagnosed with Shingles on my face and ear and Dr. Keenan was able to see me within an hour of being diagnosed. She was professional, compassionate and helpful in trying to secure a primary healthcare provider since I am new to NYC.
Dr. Keenan was very professional, attentive and caring. She removed a huge piece of wax that hardened in my ear canal. She followed up, and made me feel like I was her only patient. It was appreciated. I will happily return to her for future medical needs.
My Dad (end stage dementia) was having trouble breathing, the staff asked a lot of questions and it jogged my memory that it happened before which was helpful. When my Dad was coughing they got him water to make it easier to swallow. Dr. Keenan decided to keep home since it happened before and that he would have 24-hour care and not do well in the ER. She even helped with another major issue I was having. The staff was wonderful with my father.
Smart thorough and most important knows how to listen to a patient.
Dr. Keenan and the entire team at ENT and Allergy at 620 Columbus Avenue in New York as well as Dr Heidi Bender at 5 East 98th--the associate who does memory exercises and testing - are truly outstanding. The staff also receives my highest rating. Why? These MD's are truly professional in every way. Diagnosis and treatment of my condition was right on target. In addition the memory strengthening program which they recommended has been a very positive experience. Appointments are always honored on time. The team cares about the whole patient not just his/her ear nose and throat. They also are very nice warm individuals--caring and interested in the patient as a person.
Very attentive and insightful doctor. Actually examined me and asked me if my ears pop on descent on airplane. I had airplane ear years ago with both ears and typically have problems when flying. Excellent bedside manner and very observant. Highly recommend!
I recently saw Dr. Keenan in order to try to correct and/or alleviate the discomfort that I have been experiencing due to snoring and sleep apnea. As my relieved wife would gladly attest Dr. Keenans knowledgeable approach to my maladies has made a world of difference for the both of us. Thank you once again Dr Keenan from the both of us!
