Under the multi-year pact, Empire members will continue to have access to the physicians of ENTA, in New York State, on an in-network provider basis.

The Empire Plan is New York State's health insurance program. The Plan provides health and prescription drug coverage for more than 1.2 million active and retired State and local government employees and their dependants. More than 800 local government employers currently offer New York State Health Insurance Programs to their employees.
The Empire Plan agreement is the latest of a number of successful healthcare provider agreements that ENTA has recently completed or renewed.
