About Piera D'Armetta, AuD, CCC-A
Piera D’Armetta earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in 2020.She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Science and Disorders at Brooklyn College in 2016.
Dr. D’Armetta completed her fourth year externship at Ear, Nose, & Throat Associates of New York, where she performed audiological evaluations, diagnostic electrophysiologic measures, and videonystamography/ electronystagmography for pediatric to geriatricpopulations, before joining as a licensed audiologist. Dr. D’Armetta acquired further experience during her clinical rotations at private practice, ENT, and hospital settings where she was also exposed to cochlear implant surgeries.
Dr. D’Armetta is aregistered New York State licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. She is also a member of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Assocation (ASHA).
