About Rufina Eframi, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Rufina Eframi earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree in 2018 from the Long Island Audiology Consortium, consisting of Adelphi, Hofstra and St. John’s Universities. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from St. John’s University in 2014.
?Dr. Eframi completed extensive clinical rotations at Staten Island University Hospital-Northwell Health, Lexington School for the Deaf and the Center for Hearing and Communication. She completed her clinical residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center-University Physicians of Brooklyn.
She is a New York and New Jersey State Licensed Audiologist and a New York State Hearing Aid Dispenser. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Audiology through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Dr. Eframi’s area of expertise include adult and pediatric comprehensive audiological evaluations, vestibular assessment, electrophysiological testing, and hearing aid technology.
