COVID-19 UPDATE: Under the 14-day quarantine travel advisory announced by the Governors of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, individuals traveling to or returning from states with increasing rates of COVID-19 are advised to self-quarantine for 14 days. The current list of states, which will be updated regularly, can be found at NY.Gov and NJ.Gov. This includes travel by train, bus, car, plane and any other method of transportation. Dr. Rami N. Payman graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and received his medical doctorate at the SUNY- Health Science Center at Syracuse. Following this he developed an expertise in evaluating and treating balance and dizziness disorders while spending two years at Harvard Medical School's Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary as a National Research Service Award Recipient. He completed his surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the SUNY-Health Science Center at Syracuse. Following board certification his training culminated with a fellowship in Otology, Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery at the Michigan Ear Institute. Dr. Payman remains active in training residents from the Mid-Hudson Family Practice Residency. His special interests include: disorders of the ear, hearing and balance, pediatric otolaryngology, advanced sinus surgery, sleep apnea, voice and swallowing disorders and general ENT.
