Ayse Zuhal Ertamay was raised in New York City, graduated from SUNY Stony Brook in 1989, and went on to graduate at the top of her class from the Physician Assistant Program at Touro University, Long Island, New York. She then served as a Senior Physician Assistant at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary for 13 years. During this time, she earned her Master's Degree in Public Administration / Hospital Management from Zicklin School of Business at CUNY Baruch College. She is a nationally licensed, practicing Physician Assistant for over 30 years with a commitment to care for Pediatric and Adult Ear, Nose, and Throat patients for 27 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants.
