About Edward Rhee, MD, FACS
Dr. Edward Rhee received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Rhee is board certified in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Rhee has lectured at both local and national meetings and participated in the beta-testing of stereotactic image-guided sinus surgery instruments during his time in Philadelphia. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, and he serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
In private practice in Rockland County since 1998, Dr. Rhee has extensive expertise in pediatric otolaryngology, endoscopic sinus surgery, VivAer® and RhinAer® procedures, and head and neck surgery, with a particular interest in thyroid and parathyroid disorders.
He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Rhee holds hospital privileges at Good Samaritan Hospital, The Ramapo Valley Surgical Center, and The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ. He currently serves as Chief of ENT at Good Samaritan Hospital.
