About Gwyneth Harrell, Au.D.
Dr. Gwyneth Harrell, Au.D., earned her Doctor of Audiology in May of 2024 from the Long Island Doctor of Audiology Consortium, comprised of Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John's Universities. She graduated from Hofstra University in 2020, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts with majors in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences and Linguistics, and minors in Psychology and Disability Studies.
Dr. Harrell completed in-house rotations at Hofstra and St. John's Universities prior to gaining experience as a doctoral intern at Audiology and Communication Services, Northwell Health Physician Partners ENT at Plainview, and NYU Langone Medical Associates at Greenpoint. Upon concluding her fourth-year doctoral residency with ENT & Allergy Associates at our Garden City location, she accepted a full-time position as an Audiologist in our Lake Success office, where she continues to build strong, trusting relationships with her patients. She specializes in diagnostic audiological evaluations for all ages, and special needs patient populations. She utilizes a patient-centered approach to help adult and geriatric patients manage their hearing loss using advanced hearing technology.
Dr. Harrell is a New York State–licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. She is also a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology. In her free time, she volunteers with the West Islip Fire Department as an EMT-B.
