About Kathleen McDonald, MD
Kathleen McDonald, M.D., is the first female Otolaryngologist to join Houston ENT. She is one of eight children who grew up on a farm in Nebraska. Two of her sisters are also physicians. She attended medical school at the University of Nebraska. She then went to Galveston Texas to complete a residency in Otolaryngology.
After marrying a professional in Houston’s oil and gas industry, she has made the city her home. They have one son and one daughter. She enjoys sports and plays tournament volleyball on a regular basis. Some of her favorite past times are taking extended trips riding on the back of her husband's Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Dr. McDonald also specializes in the Inspire Sleep Apnea Device implant procedure to treat obstructive sleep apnea.
