Senior Management Team
Nicole Lefebvre is part of the Communications team and reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. In her role, she is positioned to support to all departments and is responsible for developing and implementing an internal communications strategy that drives increased awareness and clarity regarding ENTA strategic goals and key initiatives/programs. She will also focus on cultivating employee brand awareness and employee engagement through the articulation and promotion of ENTA culture, mission and vision. Through her efforts, Nicole will strive to ensure alignment between external and internal messaging. In partnership with HR, Nicole will explore avenues to enhance employee engagement and will work to develop a comprehensive program to elicit and gather employee feedback and ultimately execute on lessons learned.
Nicole is a graduate of Towson University, where she received her BA in International Business. After spending seven years at Gensler, a global architecture/interior design group, where she focused on Marketing and Business Development, Nicole transitioned into health care. She spent 10 years guiding two independent practices (ENT and PT) through a merger and acquisition process, including leading the discovery of potential suitors, due diligence and final transition. During that time, she also held leadership roles with oversight and responsibility in business strategy, operations, marketing, HR, business intelligence reporting and finance.
Nicole has a passion for tying performance goals with an organization’s culture and branding. She is eager to drive engagement across an employee cohort and values the art of language within professional communications.
