    David Godin, MD, FACS President
    Dr. David Godin, a partner at ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA), is an experienced otolaryngologist and surgeon who has helped thousands of patients achieve successful outcomes managing diseases and conditions of the ear, nose, throat and related areas. He also serves as Assistant Director of the Voice and Swallowing Center™, a division of ENTA specifically focused on diseases of the throat, esophagus and vocal cords.

    Dr. Godin graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York Health and Science Center at Syracuse College of Medicine in New York, then completed his General Surgery Internship and Otolaryngology residency at Tulane University School of Medicine in Louisiana. He is a proud member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and The American Medical Association.

    Dr. Godin sees patients at ENTA’s state-of-the-art Fifth Avenue clinical location in New York City. He is also currently on staff at both the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Beth Israel Hospital and The Mount Sinai Hospital. He holds the academic appointment of Assistant Professor at all these institutions, and has served on the Medical Boards of both Beth Israel Hospital and the New York Eye And Ear Infirmary. He is well-published in the field of Otolaryngology, including numerous peer review journal articles and book chapters.

    His special areas of clinical expertise include voice and swallowing disorders, pediatric otolaryngology, otology, sinus surgery, sleep apnea, snoring surgery, and head and neck oncology including salivary gland malignancies as well as thyroid and parathyroid tumors. He has also traveled to underprivileged areas of the globe to treat those in desperate need of his medical skills and services.

    Dr. Godin has been recognized for ‘excellence in medicine’ by New York Magazine's Best Doctors, Who's Who, Castle Connolly's Top Doctors of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 as well as by numerous local and national news publications.

    With over 25 years of healthcare experience across urban and suburban hospitals and healthcare systems, Mr. Blum is a driven healthcare executive with a passion for high-quality clinical care, positive financial outcomes, and exceptional service value.

    Most recently, Mr. Blum worked for LifeBridge Health, serving as President of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Maryland’s largest community hospital and one of the key teaching hospitals in the state. He also presided over Grace Medical Center, Baltimore Child Abuse Center, and West Baltimore Renaissance Foundation. Prior to LifeBridge, Mr. Blum was President and CEO of Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, a 240-bed regional hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY, and member of the Northwell Health System. Mr. Blum also held leadership roles at White Plains Hospital, Stellaris Health Network, St. Vincent Hospital, and New York-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center.

    A resident of Westchester County, Mr. Blum began his career as a paramedic and emergency management system supervisor before transitioning to hospital administration in the New York City area. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from New York University.

    Nicole Monti-Spadaccini, SVP Chief Operating Officer

    Nicole G. Monti-Spadaccini, CVP - Chief Operating Officer, joined ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in June of 1994. Ms. Monti has over 20 years experience holding various positions including patient scheduling, medical record administration, referral protocol, billing, collections, and credentialing. She specializes in maintaining the day-to-day office operations, staff scheduling systems, office space renovations, new construction design and build out, assists with real estate and new location finds, equipment acquisition, policy, and procedure development.

    Ms. Monti with the assistance of the VP of Operations, currently manages the 55 plus ENTA locations. Another focus is rolling out various technology projects, working closely with the EMR and IT departments to ensure success. She graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.

    Mary Paladino, CPA, EVP Chief Financial Officer

    Mary joins ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP from Citrin Cooperman & Company LLP and brings with her more than 25 years of practical experience, providing audit, accounting, and advisory services to multinational clients in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She has served a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing and distribution, technology and life sciences, and not-for-profit. Mary graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

    Aviah Cohen Pierson, J.D., SVP Chief Legal Officer

    Aviah Cohen Pierson, J.D., SVP - Chief Legal Officer, oversees the human resources, credentialing and compliance departments at ENTA. She oversees the company’s litigation, including medical malpractice and other areas of litigation. She also handles transactional matters including property leases, employment contracts and partnership issues. Prior to her time at ENTA, Aviah was employed through the New York State Court System as a court attorney handling various areas of civil litigation. Prior to her time in the New York State Court System, Ms. Pierson was a trial attorney at Kaplan, Fox &, Kilsheimer, LLP, a leading national firm based in New York, where she litigated antitrust, securities, and other civil cases.

    Ms. Pierson received her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review, and interned for federal magistrate Judge Mark. D. Fox. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude.

    David Zeman Chief Strategy Officer

    Mr. Zeman is responsible for regional strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and creative partnerships with health systems, hospitals, and physicians. He oversees strategic planning and monitoring, new business planning and development, marketing and physician relations initiatives, managed care contracting, and marketplace trends.

    Mr. Zeman most recently served as Vice President of Regional Markets for the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), where he led the administration of outpatient programming within the Tri-State area, including direct day-to-day operations of seven outpatient centers consisting of physician office activity, advanced imaging, and physical therapy. He also oversaw the growth of Regional Market programming with direct responsibility of new facility expansion, including strategic market development, clinical, administrative, and financial programming, and facility design.

    Prior to HSS, Mr. Zeman was the Senior Administrative Director at Northwell Health’s Lenox Hill Hospital-MEETH, Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, where he led and directed the administrative functions for inpatient and ambulatory activity of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and oversaw activities including growth objectives, space allocation, procurement of technological equipment, data planning, goal development, capital planning, and human resources.

    Mr. Zeman earned his M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business/Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and his B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.

    Jason Boltax Vice President of Human Resources

    Jason Boltax is a Human Resources executive with extensive experience transforming Human Resources into a function that develops, educates, engages and moreover, inspires employees. Jason has devoted his entire career to helping companies navigate the challenges and complexities associated with developing their workforce. In doing so, he has helped numerous organizations maximize their talent, strengthen their operations, and increase their competitive positioning.

    Jason is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP. As a member of the senior management team, Jason leads the HR team in providing guidance for workforce related matters to over 1300 employees. In this role, he delivers strategic HR services and leads the implementation of employee centric initiatives that enhance the company’s culture, maximize talent, and retain its diverse workforce.

    Prior to joining ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP, Jason was an Executive Vice President and the Head of Human Resources at RUBENSTEIN, a strategic communications and reputation management firm. He was responsible for overseeing all initiatives, programs, and processes in managing their workforce. Jason spent considerable time helping the firm implement a strategic vision for the growth and development of its employees and instituted efficiencies in HR that enabled the company to grow and become an attractive and vibrant workplace.

    He held prior positions at PaineWebber (now UBS), PricewaterhouseCoopers, and consulted clients in media, financial services, technology, healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit industries.

    Jason earned his M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University with a concentration in organizational change and consultation, and his B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York.

    Margaret Hargrove Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

    Margaret Hargrove, CPC, Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management, joined ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in July 2013 as Manager, Patient Accounts. As Director, Margaret supports the financial operations of the group guided by best practice metrics and an understanding of the entire revenue cycle. As Manager, Patient Accounts, Margaret provided leadership and management to the Insurance A/R Analysts, Payment Posters and Correspondence Team. She worked with various managers to improve interdepartmental processes to secure timely payments for services rendered by the practice.

    Margaret came to ENT and Allergy from Crystal Run Healthcare where she held the position of Assistant Director, Patient Accounts. Margaret’s primary responsibility was to oversee the daily operations of the Insurance A/R Analysts, Insurance Billing & Payment Posting teams. This included maintaining financial records and monthly statistics pertaining to insurance payments and patient accounts.

    Margaret started her 15 years in the Medical field as a Receptionist and then Medical Transcriptionist at Warwick Valley Orthopedics. Margaret was employed by John S. Juliano, MD, PLLC as the Practice Manager for four years prior to the practice merging with Crystal Run Healthcare. Margaret holds a Certified Professional Coder Certification with the AAPC.

    Carlos Lopez Vice President, Strategy and Physician Relations

    Carlos Lopez is responsible for supporting a variety of strategic efforts, including physician recruitment, mergers and acquisitions and practice expansion, while also serving as a key administrative liaison with the Partners, Associates, providers and staff who have joined ENTA via our most recent merger with ENT Associates of New York. In his role, Carlos will help lead the physician recruitment lifecycle processes using an end-to-end approach, inclusive of: candidate sourcing, practice analysis, candidate vetting, on-site visit coordination and contract execution. He will ensure Practice leadership is informed of market trends related to physician supply in our region and will help develop a data-driven approach to track and communicate market changes.

    Carlos joins us with over 25 years of health care management experience. He has spent the last 20 years serving in a variety of roles at ENT Associates of New York, with the past 4 years filling the CEO role. In that capacity, Carlos was responsible for the overall operation of 14 practice locations across Bronx, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties. His primary areas of focus included physician and management recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and business development. Carlos was integral in the efforts to modernize and transform ENT Associates of New York over the past several years, and will build upon his rich network within the Otolaryngology and Allergy market in the NY/NJ region in his new role.

    Carlos received his BA in Government and Politics from St. John’s University. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Healthcare Executives and ASCENT (Administrator Support Community for ENT). He is also the Deputy Chair of the Ascent Planning Committee and a member of the leadership committee (formerly AOA).

    Anthony Venuto Vice President of Information Technology

    Anthony Venuto joined ENT and Allergy Associates in 2009 and has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry working in various capacities ranging from front line field repairs to operational scheduling within the Information Technology realm. Mr. Venuto graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Manhattan College and an MBA in Information Systems from Pace University. Anthony’s responsibilities include ensuring the functionality and security of the entire infrastructure, internal application and automation development and overseeing both the IT and App Development departments.

    Nicole Vigue Vice President of Operations

    Nicole Vigue, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of 44 clinical practice sites as well as the Sleep and CAT Scan Departments at ENT and Allergy Associates. Along with Ms. Nicole Monti, Chief Operating Officer and the Regional Operations Managers, Ms. Vigue is responsible for managing and implementing policies and workflow changes at all Practice Sites as well as the coordination of onboarding exiting practices and new physicians into the ENT and Allergy Operations model. Additionally, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Sleep and CAT Scan Department’s.

    Ms. Vigue has over 18 years of experience in healthcare operations and has held several roles at ENT and Allergy Associates, including Regional Operations Manager and Practice Site administrator which allowed her to prepare for her present role as Senior Director of Operations. She is certified in Nextgen Practice Management.

    As a leader and manager, Jason Campbell has built his reputation on his capacity to navigate multiple business areas. He has worked for ENTA since 2007 and is now the Senior Director of Marketing and Physician Relations, Reporting directly to the CEO, CFO, CLO, and COO. Jason has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, working creatively and supervising managers within multiple departments. Some of the areas in which he oversees are Branding, Marketing, Special Events, Physician Referral Development, Healthcare Clincial Affiliations, Reputation Management, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Social Media Management, Application Development, SEO, and patient services. Under his tutelage, ENT and Allergy Associates has grown into the largest Ear, Nose, Throat, Allergy, and Audiology practice in the country, and there are currently twelve employees who report to him directly.

    Jason fosters a data-driven culture at ENT and Allergy, driving actionable insights through the use of data visualization. Combining data literacy with the expert domain knowledge of healthcare, Jason ensures that ENT and Allergy is pioneering the future of healthcare practices. He delivers data analytics solutions specific to business strategy problems and physician-related questions. All of ENT and Allergy’s physicians depend on Jason’s analytics-led approach to practice healthcare most effectively.

    A people person by nature, Jason has cultivated strong relationships that impact the practice positively, and he puts effort toward connecting with everyone in the practice, both trustees and new physician associates alike. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his aptitude at leveraging the right resources and the right people to solve problems and over-deliver on expectations. He is a deeply ambitious person who seeks out challenges, pushing himself and inspiring those around to push themselves as well. A professional who understands and respects technology, data, and communication, he helps to keep the practice ahead of the curve by advocating for intelligent, forward-looking additions within the practice.

    Looking out for all the members within the practice, Jason encourages constant growth by focusing on clear performance measurements. He believes in the power of goal-setting, fostering more intelligent and efficient work processes within the practice, and spearheading initiatives that make both an immediate and a long-term difference. Jason has facilitated efforts within the practice to become known for his responsiveness and his patience. He made appointment scheduling flow smoother than ever by launching the real-time online appointment system and smartphone app. Because of the important work that he has done, ENT and Allergy Associates is now notable for patient convenience as well as outstanding patient outcomes. Same-day appointments have become the norm at the practice, and patients know that they can interpret the slogan “call us today, see us today” as a promise.

    Tara Doran, RN, BSN, MHA Senior Director of Nursing and Occupational Safety

    Tara Doran, RN, BSN, MHA joined ENTA in 2009. Tara is a multi-skilled professional with more than 15 years of practical experience in healthcare and management positions.

    Tara graduated with her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Drexel University, she then completed her Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Saint Joseph’s University.

    Tara is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the allergy department. This includes providing leadership to approximately 100 RNs and LPNs as well as lab technicians. She was a key player in the development of and continues to oversee our Central Mixing Facility for patient immunotherapy. She also developed and oversees the OSHA compliance program. Tara is involved training and education programs for all staff.

    Tara is a member of many professional organizations including the ANA, NJSNA, ACHE, AAAAI and ACAAI. She is licensed to practice in the states of NJ, NY, and PA.

    Jason Levy Senior Director of Audiology

    Jason Levy, Senior Director of Audiology, has over 20 years experience working in business development, management, training, sales and marketing. He joins ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) from American Hearing Aid Associates (AHAA) where he was the Northeast Director for the ENT division since 2012. The responsibilities of the Senior Director of Audiology include the oversight of the entire clinical division, coupled with growing the hearing aid division on a strategic level. To do this, Jason will focus on low-hanging opportunities for scheduling optimization as well as implementing dispensing techniques and overall marketing strategies. Jason is charged with streamlining the department to have a healthy balance of diagnostics and Hearing Aids.

    Prior to joining AHAA, Jason worked in Pharmaceutical Sales as well as the Promotional Products industry, where he consistently grew his regions’ revenue year after year. Jason is the recipient of many awards associated with overall revenue and sales increases. For example, he was the recipient of the Bodek & Rhodes President’s Award in the 2011 for increasing revenues by greater than $2 million dollars over the prior year. He was also recognized by AHAA for his contributions in otolaryngology, a distinction that largely led to his promotion to Director in 2013 as well as to his eventual recruitment by ENT and Allergy, the largest client of AHAA, in 2016. Jason received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware in 1993.

    John Monreal Senior Director, PRRC & Purchasing

    John Monreal, Call Center and Purchasing Senior Director, is responsible for overseeing all business operations for inbound calls to our 40 clinical practice sites. The centralized call center (Patient Rapid Response Center – PRRC) is the patient’s first touch point with the practice. This division is charged with onboarding new and existing practices, in order to preserve the nuance of the office by optimizing appointment scheduling, phone triage and patient engagement. For example, the PRRC administers satisfaction surveys for all new patients. The team in the PRRC handles over 35,000 phone calls per week, the company’s web appointments and the physician preferences, using our own ENT and Allergy proprietary technology.

    Mr. Monreal has greater than 20 years of call center experience, and brings to the practice a wealth of knowledge and expertise in multiple industries and business functional areas. Monreal, a native of the U.K., has global experience, having worked and lived in Hong Kong and Great Britain, prior to arriving stateside. He is a senior manager within the practice, and shares ideas interdepartmentally for the overall improvement of the business, to achieve new heights.

    Jennifer Simone Senior Director, Electronic Health Records

    Jennifer Simone, Director of Electronic Health Records, joined ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in June of 2000. She has held many positions throughout her career at ENT and Allergy Associates. She started as a medical assistant/front desk receptionist and worked her way up to a practice site administrator. When the company chose to take on an electronic medical record, Ms. Simone accepted the challenge of becoming part of the EMR team and developing a system suitable for the clinical staff to use. She took on a leadership role early on and now has a team of experts that train all physicians and staff on the various workflows needed for the implementation of the EHR in all of the office locations. Ms. Simone received her Bachelors of Science in Human Biology from the University at Albany-SUNY. She holds a Certified Professional Coder certification from the AAPC which she passed magna cum laude.

    Isabelle Kennedy, Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Coding Instructor (CPC- I), Certified Professional Auditor (CPMA), and Director of Regulatory Affairs of the Compliance Division for ENTA Associates. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry and has been with ENTA since 2020. Her background includes working for a large multi-specialty practice as the Director of Compliance overseeing the compliance auditor’s coding and documentation reviews. These reviews ensure that the Federal and State billing and documentation guidelines, as well as CPT and ICD 10 and HCC coding requirements, are met. She was responsible for providing coding analysis and formal reporting which includes the identification of potential areas of liability along with recommendations for the resolution of these areas. In addition, she educated physicians regarding coding and regulatory updates. She has presented in-service/educational sessions on a wide range of issues for physicians, non-physician practitioners, and staff members of all specialties. These education sessions include topics such as evaluation and management coding and documentation as well as ICD-10 and HCC coding. Previous experience includes reimbursement, accounts receivable, billing and collections management, and the pre-authorization process for procedures.

    Michael Komendowski, MS joined ENTA in 2015. Michael received his BS in Management from St. John Fisher College and his MS in Health Policy and Economics from Weill Cornell Medical College. Mr. Komendowski has transformed the analytical culture at ENTA through the use of technology and business intelligence. His data-driven philosophy has created actionable insights to make informed business decisions that foster growth and development for the organization. Michael is known for his expertise in analytics, business strategy, business process re-engineering, managed care contracting and mergers/acquisitions.
