ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP Continues to Build Both its State-of-the-Art Office in Somerset, NJ, and the Superior Medical Care it Will Provide Welcomes the Expertise and Experience of Allergist Stacey Galowitz, D.O.
Tarrytown, NY –August 8, 2017: ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA), the largest and most comprehensive otolaryngology/allergy specialty and sub-specialty practice in the nation, knows that there are two equally critical aspects to being able to provide patients with the best medical care-having the finest array of talented practitioners in a given local office, and having the most technologically advanced facilities in which they may practice. And in Somerset, NJ, ENTA continues to do everything possible to ensure both aspects are firmly in place.
Earlier this month, the region’s foremost ear, nose, throat, allergy, audiology and sleep practice, whose 190 board certified physicians currently serve patient needs in 40+ offices throughout New York and New Jersey, announced that it was opening a state-of-the-art location in Somerset, NJ (37 Clyde Road, Suite 103, Somerset, NJ 08873) with veteran otolaryngologists Drs. Steven Sabin and Bruce Edelman at the helm. And today, it proudly shared the news that allergist Dr. Stacey Galowitz will join the practice.
Dr. Galowitz, who grew up in nearby Manalapan, NJ, is dually board-certified and a diplomat of both the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and American Board of Pediatrics. She joins ENTA after practicing for over two years at a well-known allergy office in central New Jersey.
Dr. Galowitz earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her medical degree at UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the Cohen Children's Medical Center at NSLIJ and went on to complete her extensive fellowship training in Pediatric and Adult Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital/A.I. duPont Hospital for Children.
Dr. Galowitz has presented at conferences at both the state and national level, and her research has been cited in multiple publications in nationally recognized allergy journals. She holds active memberships in the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology, and the New Jersey Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society. She has also recently been honored as a New Jersey Favorite Kid's Doctor by NJ Family. As a fellow allergy sufferer, and the mother of three young girls, she has a unique ability to identify with her patients and assist them in developing a comprehensive plan to control their most troublesome symptoms.
Her colleagues in Somerset are elated to welcome her on board. “Our ability to not only offer patients comprehensive allergy treatments, but have it delivered by a respected physician who has already built a local reputation for providing superior care, is exactly what our Somerset office needs”, noted Dr. Bruce Edelman. Added fellow Somerset partner Steven Sabin, “Dr. Galowitz is not only a superb clinician, she is also a local resident who will care for our patients as the neighbors they are. I couldn’t be more delighted.”
Dr. Robert Green, President of ENTA, commented “In order for our Practice to fully serve the needs of patients in the hundreds of communities surrounding our offices, we must be able to attract the best doctors in all related fields. Securing the services of an allergist the caliber of Dr. Galowitz, to complement those of our two fine otolaryngologists, allows us to deliver this kind of excellence to the deserving patients of Somerset and surrounding neighborhoods. I am extremely pleased, and wholeheartedly welcome her to the team.”
“We crafted and have been carefully following our strategic plan to add New Jersey office locations which best enable us to serve as many Garden State communities as possible”, stated Robert Glazer, CEO of ENTA. He continued “So when we achieved joinder from Drs. Sabin and Edelman in Somerset and East Brunswick, we immediately began our search for a top allergist to further fulfill our needs. Stacey Galowitz allows us to reach our goal in Somerset. I am certain that she is not only a superb physician, but also someone who will quickly embrace the cutting edge, patient-centered protocols we have put in place throughout our Practice.”
