Recently, it announced that the Shrewsbury, NJ based Central Jersey Otolaryngology group (at 1131 Broad Street) had agreed to become ENTA’s newest office, in a joinder scheduled for September 1st, 2014.
Today, ENTA further enhanced the breadth of that location’s services by announcing that Allergist/Immunologist Katherine F. Szema, MD will become part of the Shrewsbury, NJ office. Dr. Szema begins seeing patients on September 15th, 2014.
Dr. Szema is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.

“We joined ENT and Allergy for one simple reason:it was the right decision for our patients,” commented Dr. Vin Prabhat, Otolaryngologist in the Shrewsbury office. “The breadth of services, the availability of peer expertise, the state-of-the-art technology, and the support services at ENTA are, quite frankly, unmatched in any other medical practice that I am aware of. And now, being able to offer expert Allergy/Immunology care to the deserving patients of Monmouth County is precisely the kind of added value we envisioned when we decided to join. Dr. Szema is exactly who we were looking for, and we are delighted to welcome her to our Shrewsbury office.”
Wayne Eisman, MD, President of ENT and Allergy Associates, remarked, “When an office becomes part of ENTA, our primary goal is to populate it with a full range of medical expertise so the patients who rely on it for their care get every consideration possible. We are extremely pleased that in Dr. Szema, we have found the allergist we wanted. She is a perfect example of the best and the brightest physicians our practice seeks.”
In addition to Dr. Szema, ENTA plans to bring on an otolaryngology associate—servicing adult and pediatric patients—in the near future.
