ENT and Allergy Associates’ Robert Glazer Selected as Keynote Speaker
At American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
2015 Annual Meeting
CEO of Nation’s Largest Ear, Nose and Throat Practice
Will Address Members of the Young Physicians Section (YPS)
Tarrytown NY—September 17th, 2015: Robert Glazer, Chief Executive Officer of ENT and Allergy Associates® (ENTA)-the nation’s preeminent ear, nose, throat, allergy and audiology practice-has been chosen to be the keynote speaker at the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS) Annual Meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, September 29th. Mr. Glazer will address the Young Physicians Section-an exciting new addition to the Academy comprised of members under age 40 or within their first 8 years of professional practice-and share his views, tools and techniques for building a successful Practice as a new Physician. The talk is part of a 4-day conference featuring lectures and presentations from an impressive roster of ENT physicians and administrators from all over the country.
The AAO-HNS is the world's largest organization representing specialists who treat the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. It supports its members’ ability to achieve clinical excellence through professional and public education, research and health policy advocacy. Its mission is to help empower otolaryngologists and head and neck surgeons to deliver the best patient care.
Registration for this important series of meetings, which will be hosted at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, TX on September 27th-30th, 2015, is currently open.
Mr. Glazer’s seminar will begin promptly at 3:30PM on Tuesday, September 29th, and will center on the intricacies of practice management, specifically focusing on four critical aspects that newly practicing physicians, as well as residents and fellows, need to be aware of: Governance, Financial Reporting/Clinical Reporting, IT/EMR and Marketing.
Glazer is well versed on the topics he will be discussing. In fact, his talk is representative of the overall recruiting initiative ENTA undertakes, each year, in its ongoing effort to educate those leaving resident and fellowship programs and recruit the best and the brightest ear, nose, throat specialists and sub-specialists in the nation to join ENTA’s 170+ current physicians practicing in 41 state-of-the-art clinical locations throughout New York and New Jersey.
“At ENTA our mission is clear and consistent…to ensure that we offer our patients the best trained and highest quality physicians possible, so we can provide the finest and most comprehensive care possible” noted Glazer. “I am honored to have been chosen by the AAO-HNS to keynote the Young Physicians Section, and look forward to sharing some of the innovative and leading edge solutions that we, at ENTA, have crafted to best serve our patients and our caregivers.”
Residents, Fellows and YPS Members are also invited to view a few short videos http://www.entandallergy.com/careers/physician-opportunities that discuss important points of practicing medicine.
