Tarrytown, NY: - August 1, 2019 – ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA), the nation’s preeminent otolaryngology specialty and sub-specialty practice, with over 200 board-certified physicians, is proud to welcome Board Certified and fellowship trained pediatric otolaryngologist Dr. David J. Mener, MD, MPH. Dr. Mener will begin serving patients in ENTA’s New Rochelle office in Westchester (located at 145 Huguenot Street, Suite 610, New Rochelle, NY) on September 1st, 2019.
Dr. David J. Mener is an attentive and capable ear, nose, and throat doctor and pediatric otolaryngologist. Dr. Mener attended the University of Rochester where he received his medical degree and Master's in Public Health with a focus on clinical investigation. He then went on to complete not only his residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, but also his fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology. He is also a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Mener is the recipient of several awards including the Johns Hopkins Outstanding Service Award for Resident Education and the Merck Clinical Scholar Award, and the University of Rochester Class of 1976 Prize for outstanding clinical teacher. Dr. Mener is widely published in the field of Otolaryngology and has contributed to over 20 publications. His research and public health backgrounds make him especially astute to be well versed in the latest developments in the specialty and apply this clinical knowledge in practice. He especially stands out as a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
At ENTA’s New Rochelle office, Dr. Mener will continue to serve both adult and pediatric patients, offering general ENT services. He joins an extraordinary team of physicians including Otolaryngologists Paul Gittelman, MD, FACS, Jeffrey H. Jablon, MD, FACS, Matthew J. Kates, MD, FACS, Derek Soohoo, MD, FACS, Irene Yu, MD and Allergist/Immunologist Anastasiya Kleva, MD.
