ENT and Allergy Associates® Welcomes Veteran Otolaryngologist Paul D. Gittelman, MD
ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA) has built its reputation as being the finest otolaryngologic and allergy specialty/sub-specialty practice in the nation by offering its hundreds of thousands of patients the services of superior clinicians. And as ENTA continues to grow its footprint throughout New York and New Jersey (currently there are 41 state-of-the-art locations ranging from Poughkeepsie, NY in the north to Shrewsbury, NJ in the South; from Bridgewater, NJ in the West to Southampton, NY in the East), it is constantly on the lookout for additional board certified physicians to add to its superb roster of the best and brightest. Today ENTA is proud to announce it has identified and added yet another superb physician.
Effective, May 1st, 2015, veteran Otolaryngologist—Head and Neck Surgeon/Fellowship-Trained Facial Plastics sub-specialist Paul D. Gittelman, MD, FACS will join ENTA as a partner at both the Practice’s Purchase, NY office, located at 3020 Westchester Avenue, Purchase, New York, and New Rochelle, NY office, located at 145 Huguenot Street, Suite 610, New Rochelle, New York.
Paul D. Gittelman, MD, FACS is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and Fellowship trained Facial Plastic and Head and Neck Surgeon. He received his bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and went on to earn his medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He then completed his general surgical residency at Beth Israel Medical Center and his Otolaryngology residency and Fellowship at NYU Medical Center in New York City, where he also held numerous academic positions in teaching and research. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Gittelman joins ENT and Allergy Associates following more than 20 years of successful private practice in Mamaroneck, NY as well as many successful years of hospital practice at NYU Medical Center, NY Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center, Greenwich Hospital, Sound Shore Medical Center, and Bellevue Hospital Center. For more than 15 years, he has provided state-of-the-art ENT care to the patients at the world renowned Burke Rehabilitation Hospital.
At ENTA’s Purchase office, Dr. Gittelman will continue to serve both adult and pediatric patients, offering general ENT services. He joins an extraordinary team of physicians including Otolaryngologists Jeffrey H. Jablon, MD, FACS (Fellowship trained in Facial Plastics); Irene Yu, MD; David B. Lawrence, MD, FACS; Alexis Hope Jackman, MD, FACS (Fellowship-Trained Rhinologist); Allergist/Immunologist Jillian Hochfelder, MD; and Audiologist Angela Riemma, Au.D.
At ENTA’s brand new, state-of-the-art New Rochelle office, Dr. Gittelman will also practice alongside Otolaryngologists Jeffrey H. Jablon, MD, FACS and Irene Yu, MD; as well as Matthew J. Kates, MD, FACS; Derek Soohoo, MD, FACS; Gerald D. Suh, MD and Allergist/Immunologist Ricardo Arayata, MD, FACAAI.
Dr. Gittelman will continue to perform surgery at Greenwich Hospital and the White Plains Ambulatory Surgery Center, offering adult and pediatric ENT surgery including minimally invasive balloon sinuplasty as well as computer guided endoscopic nasal and sinus procedures. He will continue to provide ENT care for the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital.
