Tarrytown, NY – May 5th, 2015: At ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (ENTA) there is only one way to become a partner. Earn it.
The criteria is straightforward and transparent. In order to become an ENTA partner, a physician must demonstrate a consistent ability to practice superb medicine over time, must have a proven track record of patient satisfaction, and must be embraced by the community in which he or she serves. Said differently, it is an honor and distinction based on merit and performance over the course of several years, and rewards those selected with an equity stake in the Practice.
Achieving partnership at the nation’s largest ear, nose, throat, audiology and allergy practice (165 physicians seeing patients in 40 state-of-the-art clinical locations throughout New York and New Jersey) is regarded with the utmost importance, and is never bestowed lightly.
With all that in mind, today ENTA proudly announced that, based on her many years of service as a highly successful Allergist/Immunologist in its Wayne office, Dr. Theresa Sohn has rightfully earned the title of Partner at ENTA.
Her credentials and achievements are impressive. Theresa Sohn, MD, Partner in ENTA’s Wayne office, graduated from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey in 1994. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and her fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Cornell University Medical Center in New York, New York. She is affiliated with Chilton Memorial Hospital and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Sohn is a member of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology, American College of Physicians, and the Medical Society of New Jersey. She was also named as a “Top Doc” by Wayne Magazine in 2014.
“Theresa has been a huge asset to the Wayne office—as well as the Practice as a whole—for many years,” noted Dr. Dhar Sreepada, ENT Partner in Wayne. “Patients are rightfully and extremely loyal to her because of the outstanding level of care she provides, as well as her sensitivity to their individual needs. I can think of no one more deserving of the title of Partner than Dr. Sohn. I heartily congratulate her.”
Dr. Robert Green, President of ENTA noted, “Becoming a Partner at ENT and Allergy Associates is a great honor—it essentially changes a physician’s role from employee to co-owner of the entire Practice.” He continued, “Dr. Sohn has demonstrated that she understands and respects this aspect of Partnership and has proven herself worthy of the rewards and responsibilities that come with it.”
