Tarrytown, NY – April 6, 2026—Daniel Blum, Chief Executive Officer of ENT & Allergy Associates (ENTA), has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business as one of its 2026 Notable Leaders in Healthcare, an honor awarded to distinguished professionals who have made significant contributions to their organizations and the broader healthcare community.
Mr. Blum brings 40 years of healthcare experience spanning both urban and suburban hospital systems and physician practice management. Since assuming the role of CEO in February 2023, he has led ENTA through a period of substantial strategic growth and geographic expansion.
Under his leadership, ENTA executed several key initiatives in 2025 that meaningfully expanded its footprint. In January, the organization integrated Advanced ENT & Allergy, adding 34 providers and growing its network to 62 clinical locations. The following month, ENTA entered the Pennsylvania market through a partnership with Allergy and Asthma Care, launching ENT & Allergy Associates of Pennsylvania with three initial sites and plans for continued growth across the Delaware Valley. In January 2026, Mr. Blum further advanced ENTA’s expansion into Texas through a partnership with Houston ENT & Allergy, adding more than 30 providers and six clinical locations to establish ENT & Allergy Associates of Texas.
Today, Mr. Blum oversees a rapidly expanding network of more than 475 clinicians across 80 clinical locations in four states, supported by approximately 1,700 employees. His leadership extends beyond geographic growth to advancing key operational initiatives, including:
- Implementing Epic, an electronic health record platform scheduled to go live in November 2026
- Launching a new walk-in care model in Astoria and West Side clinical locations in Q2 2026
- Continuing to onboard Advanced Practice Providers to enhance patient access
In January 2026, the practice also unveiled a new shared visual identity across ENT & Allergy Associates and its management services organization (MSO), now named Hümi (formerly QMMS USA).
Prior to joining ENTA, Mr. Blum served as President / CEO of several hospitals in both New York and Maryland.
