With much regret, as of 03/22/2024, ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP will no longer accept Affinity insurance.

While this decision is not taken lightly, continued participation with Affinity is no longer tenable. It has been our pleasure to provide care to the Affinity membership throughout the years, and we apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause.

We are choosing to make you aware of this change now in order to give you an opportunity to discuss your options for continued medical care with your physician, including accessing Out-of-Network benefits to mitigate out-of-pocket expenses. We urge you to contact your Affinity representative directly to understand the specifics of your benefit plan.
