COVID-19 UPDATE: Under the 14-day quarantine travel advisory announced by the Governors of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, individuals traveling to or returning from states with increasing rates of COVID-19  are advised to self-quarantine for 14 days. The current list of states, which will be updated regularly, can be found at NY.Gov and NJ.Gov. This includes travel by train, bus, car, plane and any other method of transportation. If you have traveled to one of these states and have stayed longer than 24 hours, we kindly request you self-quarantine at home for 14 days prior to coming into the office. Mala Mehta, MA, CCC-A ENTA

Mala Mehta earned her Bachelor of Science in Audiology in 1977 from Bombay University in India. She also earned a B.A. in Communication Science and Disorders from Montclair State University in May of 1991, and a Master of Arts in Audiology from Lehman College, CUNY, in Dec. 1992. She maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association.

Mala has worked in hospitals, schools for the hearing impaired, and private practices as an Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser in India and in the USA since 1977. She has a great deal of experience with audiological evaluations for adults and children. She also does special diagnostic tests, including Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) and Electronystagmography (ENG).

Mala holds licenses in both Audiology and Hearing Aids Dispensing in NJ. She has a vast array of knowledge and experience in the latest hearing aid technology.
