Jessica Verkhovsky, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA
Jessica Verkhovsky, Au.D. earned her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology in 2018 from the Long Island Audiology Consortium of Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John's Universities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and aBachelor of Arts degree in Children and Youth Studies from Brooklyn College in 2014.
Prior to completing her final clinical rotation and audiology externship with ENT and Allergy Associates, Dr. Verkhovsky trained as a doctoral intern at Adelphi, St. John’s, and Hofstra Universities. She went on to complete clinical rotations in various settings, including a New York City hospital and a private practice. During her time as a graduate student, Dr. Verkhovsky also attended a mission trip to Trinidad & Tobago, providing hearing healthcare to hundreds of underprivileged patients.
In addition to practicing clinical audiology, Dr. Verkhovsky is proud to be an adjunct professor at Adelphi University and the Long Island Audiology Consortium.She hastaught Introduction to Audiology and Amplification studiesfor both undergraduate and doctoral students.
Dr. Verkhovsky specializes in diagnostichearingand vestibular testing, as well as management of hearing loss through advanced hearing aid technology.She tailors amplification options to fit her patients’lifestyle and listening needs.
Dr. Verkhovsky is a licensed Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser in the state of New York. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
