Great visit. Comprehensive discussion about topic. Unfortunately, they didn't have all the paperwork I filled out on Zocdoc for the appointment. Not sure why.

I was first introduced to Dr. Jacobowitz for a sleep study. After having difficulty using a CPAP machine, Dr. Jacobowitz recommended I repair my badly obstructed nose. I am now able to sleep thru the night, feeling well rested in the morning. I am also able to breath thru my nose, which is far more comfortable than mouth breathing. I no longer wake with a dry, scratching throat. I am also now able to relax myself breathing thru my nose. Doc, thank you for changing my life.

I had a great experience here - very clean office, great staff, dr spent plenty of time with me going over my questions and the questionnaire I filled out. Front desk staff was fantastic, helpful, and friendly; which I feel is rare these days. Their patient portal is helpful and easy to navigate. I feel confident moving forward that we will figure out my problems and that this Dr knows what he's doing.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every team member was friendly, and knowledgable and Dr. Jacobowitz was an absolute delight to speak to. Highly recommended!

10/25/2017 Trena D. from ZocDoc

He was great, quick, thorough, had lots of suggestions, answered questions, explained everything he was doing, I had a highly positive experience. It did feel a little rushed at the very end, but that was a tiny detail. I don't like giving reviews based on one initial visit, but for what it is, the visit was great.

10/18/2017 Noam M. from ZocDoc

Great staff. Great doctor who takes the time to explain everything.

09/06/2017 Anthony T. from ZocDoc

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. From the second I walked in to the second I walked out. Rose at the Reception Desk greeted me so nice and warm. The office was clean and comfortable. The nurse (I wish I got her name) was incredibly wonderful and pleasant to talk with about my symptoms. And finally, Dr. Jacobowitz was so amazingly professional and made me feel 110% comfortable. Dr. Jacobowitz talked through the procedure and empathized at times it was going to feel uncomfortable or pain. I was completely blown away at the hospitality of this office, I literally started recommending this place the minute I walked outside.

08/08/2017 Alexandra C. from ZocDoc

Dr. Jacobowitz was professional and conscientious. I felt that my concerns were acknowledged in great detail. His staff was also efficient and courteous, and the office and facilities are well kept. I would go to Dr. Jacobowitz again.

The best of the best. Knowledgeable, caring, great doctor/surgeon. Helped my sleep apnea issues.

03/29/2017 Alan Gold from Healthgrades

I visited Dr. Jacobowitz in his Middletown office multiple times over the past year. Office staff from the receptionists to the M.A. that bring you in were very nice and helpful each time. Timely and professional! Dr. Jacobowitz himself is a star! Going in I was extremely nervous. He made me comfortable by explaining every single thing precisely and asking if I had questions (of course I did) He gave me all options for my apnea that I had no idea were available. His knowledge and especially his attention to detail is second to none. I would and have recommended Dr. Jacobowitz to anyone with Sleep Apnea ... I could go on and on about this man but then I feel like ppl won't read all that I write. Wish I could give him more stars
