About John Sugrue, MD, FACS

 John P Sugrue, MD is Board - Certified in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery, and a member of the American College of Surgeons. He graduated from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1989 and completed his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Georgetown University Medical Center in 1994.

Dr. Sugrue is an attending physician at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital as well as St. Charles Hospital both located in Port Jefferson, NYas well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Stony Brook School of Medicine. Dr. Sugrue sees patients in all fields of Otolaryngology including Pediatric Otolaryngology, Otology, Sinus Problems, Head and Neck Surgery, and Sleep Disorders. He performs his surgical procedures at John T. Mather Hospital and St. Charles Hospital and at Stony Brook University Ambulatory Surgery Center. His areas of special interest and expertise include, mastoid and sinus surgery (encompassing complex hospital-based procedures as well as office-based balloon sinuplasty).
