COVID-19 UPDATE: Under the 14-day quarantine travel advisory announced by the Governors of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, individuals traveling to or returning from states with increasing rates of COVID-19 are advised to self-quarantine for 14 days. The current list of states, which will be updated regularly, can be found at NY.Gov and NJ.Gov. This includes travel by train, bus, car, plane and any other method of transportation. Aviah Cohen Pierson, J.D., SVP - Chief Legal Officer, oversees the human resources, credentialing and compliance departments at ENTA. She oversees the company’s litigation, including medical malpractice and other areas of litigation. She also handles transactional matters including property leases, employment contracts and partnership issues. Prior to her time at ENTA, Aviah was employed through the New York State Court System as a court attorney handling various areas of civil litigation. Prior to her time in the New York State Court System, Ms. Pierson was a trial attorney at Kaplan, Fox &, Kilsheimer, LLP, a leading national firm based in New York, where she litigated antitrust, securities, and other civil cases.
Ms. Pierson received her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review, and interned for federal magistrate Judge Mark. D. Fox. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude.Back to Senior Managers
