COVID-19 UPDATE: Under the 14-day quarantine travel advisory announced by the Governors of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, individuals traveling to or returning from states with increasing rates of COVID-19 are advised to self-quarantine for 14 days. The current list of states, which will be updated regularly, can be found at NY.Gov and NJ.Gov. This includes travel by train, bus, car, plane and any other method of transportation. If you have traveled to one of these states and have stayed longer than 24 hours, we kindly request you self-quarantine at home for 14 days prior to coming into the office. The first ever Queens Pediatric Symposium-starring the Bayside office of ENTA, PM Pediatrics and Pediatric EYE MD- draws over 50 participants!
The symposium was planned to offer the Queens medical community an opportunity to learn about recent advances and leading-edge diagnoses and therapy for common problems encountered in daily pediatric practice. At the completion of the symposium, pediatricians and other healthcare professionals enhanced their skills and competence in patient care and medical knowledge.
The event, which also featured several medical suppliers as co-sponsors, was held at Queens College on January 16th, 2013. Dr. Andrew Blank moderated and emceed the event, while Dr. Tamekia Wakefield, Dr. Brian Safier, Dr. Gerald Suh (of ENTA's Bayside office), Dr. Jeffery Schor (of PM Pediatrics) and Dr. Eric Lichtenstein (of PediatricEyeMD) presented talks.
