Better Care Starts with Better Tools

MyChart Is Coming to ENT & Allergy Associates

Beginning October 26, patients will be able to create their ENT & Allergy Associates MyChart account and begin getting ready for our transition to MyChart.

MyChart will become our primary patient portal on November 6, 2026.

No action is needed right now. Continue using InteliChart for your current patient portal needs.

Please Bear With Us During the Transition: On November 6, we’ll begin using our new electronic medical record system across our offices, and MyChart will become our primary patient portal. During the first few weeks, check-in and appointments may take a little longer as our physicians and staff adjust to the new system. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this transition. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Need Your Patient Portal?

Our current patient portal, InteliChart, remains fully available. Continue using InteliChart to access your health records, lab results, medications, immunizations, appointment history, and all other patient portal needs.
