I had an emergency and i was taken that day. Dr. Zelman was kind, patient and very adept at helping me. I was the last appointment of the day on a holiday and he did not rush at all. Really an excellent doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr. Zelman for more than twenty five years. He has performed both major and minor surgeries on my ears many times. I trust him in every way - he never " sugar coats " anything…He is ALWAYS ON POINT……He pauses, listens, understands and solves…When I was in need (even when he was off ) he would tell me to meet him at his office so he could help me….Not a kinder , dedicated or more generous man in the world…. THANK YOU DR. ZELMAN for the humanitarian that you are!
We took my 2 year old to see Dr. Zelman. He was absolutely wonderful with him - knows how to interact with toddlers made him feel comfortable and provided a complete and concise exam. Explained information at appropraite level and we walked away very happy with our visit. Long wait but was worth it. the waiting room had nick jr on and plenty of toys for my son the play with.
Dr Zelman has been treating myself and my kids for a long time and I have nothing but praise for him. Highly recommended for those in need of a good ENT doctor
My general physician recommended that I see Dr. Zelman due to a strep throat that turned into chronic tonsillitis. My doctor was able to get me an appointment with Dr. Zelman right away which was fantastic since I was so sick. Dr. Zelman warned me that there was a good chance that I would have to get my tonsils removed but he was willing to give another medication a shot. A month and a half later Dr. Zelman removed my tonsils at Winthrop Hospital. I was 24 years old at the time, which is old for having your tonsils removed but it needed to be done. The doctor told me that I would need to take two weeks off from work which I did and definitely needed that time to recover. A few weeks after my surgery I felt better than I had in a long time. It's now 7 years later and I've never had any throat problems. Dr. Zelman gave me my health back and I will always be thankful for that.
