"It was my first time visit ENT Allergy. As a professional singer, I am grateful to Dr. Chandra Ivey’s care for my rescue with rehearsals coming up in few days. The Infection needed to be treated right away. Dr. Ivey is wonderful and caring! Timing is crucial for the pace of recovery. My cough was quite bad that the first cough medication didn’t help, so I had to call and see if I could communicate with my doctor for stronger cough control medication, but I had to go through a middle person first to describe my situation (I was not suppose to talk that much due to the sickness) and let the middle person to deliver my message, then I had to wait until next day afternoon to receive a phone call from 2nd person who is an associate to talk to me in order to deliver the message to my doctor for calling my pharmacy.
