Signs of Sleep Apnea
What is sleep apnea? Try conducting a sleep study quiz on yourself.
Take a look at the list below, and see how many of the statements apply to you:
- I snore
- I wake up tired
- I wake up gasping
- I wake up with a sore throat
- I frequently wake up to use the bathroom
- It is hard for me to stay awake while driving
- I have fallen asleep while laughing or crying
- I wake up with pain and numbness in my legs
- I have difficulty falling asleep or remaining asleep
- I have been told that I stop breathing while I sleep
If two or more of the statements above apply to you, this may indicate a serious sleep disorder. Please consult your physician today regarding a diagnostic sleep study. Our New Jersey and New York ENT doctors will help you find the sleep apnea treatment that works for you.

"The office is very clean, well organized and the staff are all very nice. I had Dr. Campbell. He was very personable and made me very comfortable on my first visit. The only concern I had was the location of the elevator to the location of the office. Obviously, none of these things can be changed. But to a newly disabled person, those factors were important. Lesson learned for me. Perhaps when they say it's suite one- they could mention it's on the lower level and towards the back of the building? For those with mobility issues knowing ahead of time. We can be better prepared. Would I recommend it? YES! Absolutely!"

"I appreciate the office staff that gave me an appointment immediately, due to my crisis. They were kind and sympathetic. Dr O’Donnell was wonderful!!He was very thorough as well as kind. Explaining everything as he went along, which I appreciated. I have been going there for yrs, but this was my best experience. Even the wait time was not excessive, which it always was in the past! Thank you"

"All my questions were answered and follow-up visits were made in a timely manner (so far)."
